Calhoun CARES Business Grant Program is funded by an allocation to Calhoun County from the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (“CARES ACT”), through the State of Florida Division of Emergency Management.
As part of the CARES Act, the Calhoun County Board of County Commissioners is allocating $497,163 in grant funds to businesses located in Calhoun County who have suffered from business interruptions, closures, suspensions, reduced customer demand, increased expenditures or other hardships resulting from the COVID-19 public health emergency.
If your business is located within the boundaries of Calhoun County and you have been impacted by COVID-19, you MAY be eligible to receive UP TO $7,500 through Calhoun County’s CARES Business Grant Program to sustain your business operations.
All applications will be evaluated and approved by an independent third party. In order to meet the deadline set forth by the State of Florida, all applications MUST be submitted no later than December 11, 2020.
